Universal Services of America ("Universal" or the "Company"), a portfolio company of Partners Group (“Partners Group”), was recently acquired by Warburg Pincus (“Warburg”). Over the past two years, Universal has completed over 20 acquisitions and also grown organically, resulting in a growth rate five times greater than the industry average.
