TBG Europe N.V. (“TBG”) recently completed the sale of its portfolio company SIHI Group B.V. (“SIHI” or the “Company”) to Flowserve Corporation (“Flowserve”) (NYSE: FLS) for a consideration of approximately €298 million.SIHI is a leading provider of vacuum and fluid pumps and related engineered solutions, serving the chemical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage and other process manufacturing industries. The Company is a global business employing approximately 1,675 people across 9 manufacturing facilities and other sales and service locations in Europe, Asia and North and South America. SIHI is headquartered in Itzehoe, Germany and has sales in over 60 countries worldwide.
Flowserve is a leading manufacturer and supplier of engineered and industrial pumps, seals and valves as well as a range of related flow management services to the power, oil, gas, chemical and other industries. Flowserve employs approximately 18,500 people across 69 manufacturing facilities and 179 Quick Response Centers, in more than 55 countries globally. Flowserve is headquartered in Irving, Texas.
