Pactiv LLC (“Pactiv”) recently completed the sale of its Building Products business unit to Kingspan Group plc (“Kingspan”) (ISE: KRX) in a transaction valued at $82 million.Pactiv Building Products, which goes to market under the GreenGuard® brand, is a leading North American designer, producer and marketer of building insulation products used in new construction and remodel projects for residential and commercial markets. Pactiv Building Products is based in Winchester, Virginia with corporate offices in Atlanta, Georgia.
Pactiv is one of the world’s largest producers of food service disposables and food packaging. Pactiv is a division of Reynolds Group Holdings, a leading global manufacturer and supplier of food and beverage packaging.
