Stanadyne Corporation, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, LLC, recently completed the sale of its filtration business to CLARCOR Inc. (“CLARCOR”) (NYSE: CLC) for approximately $325 million.

Stanadyne Corporation’s filtration business is a leading supplier of original equipment and replacement fuel filtration products, including the Fuel Manager® line of diesel fuel filters and water separators, primarily for off-road, agricultural and construction applications. Stanadyne Corporation’s filtration business has been supplying fuel filter solutions to leading original equipment manufacturers for more than 50 years and is a carve-out from a consolidated Stanadyne business that also manufactures fuel injectors and pumps. Standyne Corporation’s filtration business is headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut, with manufacturing operations in Washington, North Carolina.
