AboutModular Space Corporation (“ModSpace” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Calera Capital and ABS Capital, recently completed an offering of $375 million aggregate principal amount of 10.25% senior secured second lien notes due 2019. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay all outstanding indebtedness under, and terminate, its existing second lien term loan and to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under the Company’s asset-based revolving credit facility.
