The transaction includes Graphic Packaging’s facilities located in Norwood, Ohio and Greensboro, North Carolina. Graphic Packaging’s Di-Na-Cal label business provides decorative label solutions primarily in the heat transfer label markets for Home & Personal Care and Food & Beverage through long-standing relationships with blue chip national and multi-national customers.
