ChannelAdvisor Corporation (“ChannelAdvisor” or the “Company”) (NYSE: ECOM) recently completed a follow-on offering of 5,750,000 shares of common stock at a price of $34.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of $195.5 million. The Company offered 1,000,000 shares of common stock and the selling shareholders offered 4,750,000 shares of common stock. The Company will not receive any proceeds associated with the shares sold by the selling shareholders. The Company intends to use the net proceeds that it receives from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes, including further expansion of its sales and marketing capabilities and international operations.ChannelAdvisor is a leading provider of SaaS solutions that enable its retailer and manufacturer customers to integrate, manage and optimize their merchandise sales across hundreds of online channels.
