SoftWriters Group, LLC (“SoftWriters” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of DFW Capital Partners (“DFW”), was recently acquired by TA Associates (“TA”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

SoftWriters is a leading provider of pharmacy management software to the long-term care (LTC) industry in the United States and is currently in use in over 380 pharmacies nationally. The Company’s technology suite, FrameworkLTC, is designed to address the unique complexity of LTC pharmacy administration through defined, streamlined, end-to-end pharmacy workflows and direct connectivity with the LTC facilities that pharmacies support. SoftWriters is headquartered in Allison Park, Pennsylvania.
