Unisyn Medical Technologies’ Transactional Business (“Unisyn” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Galen Partners (“Galen”), was recently acquired by GE Healthcare, the healthcare division of General Electric (NYSE:GE). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The products and services from Unisyn have been integrated into GE Healthcare’s Global Services organization and will be offered initially to customers in the United States and Canada. Unisyn’s Diagnostic Imaging Field Services business will operate independently as Consensys Imaging Service.
