UL recently completed its acquisition of EduNeering from Kaplan, Inc., a division of The Washington Post Company (NYSE: WPO). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

In addition to life and health sciences solutions, EduNeering’s courseware addresses compliance and regulatory issues in the energy, manufacturing, construction, engineering, health plan and food processing sectors. The company is headquartered in Princeton, NJ and has offices in Houston, TX, Bloomsburg PA, and London, UK.
