Woods Equipment Company (“Woods” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Genstar Capital, has been acquired by Blount International, Inc. (“Blount”) (NYSE: BLT) for approximately $185 million in cash.

Woods manufactures, markets and distributes agriculture and construction attachments and related replacement parts in its Attachment division, and it markets and distributes one of the largest selections of replacement parts for tractors and implements through its Aftermarket Parts division.
