(“USA” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners (“Wind Point”), recently completed its sale to affiliates of Goldman Sachs Capital Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.Founded in 1993, USA has grown both organically and through acquisitions to become the fourth largest uniformed security guard service provider in the United States.
