Ranked in the top 20 of UK recruitment companies by Recruiter magazine in 2009 and 2010, Aston Carter will significantly expand Allegis’s UK and overseas capability. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.Aston Carter, headquartered in London, UK, is an international recruitment and staffing company (providing both permanent staff and contractors) specialising in consultancy, finance and information technology. Founded in 1997, Aston Carter has more than 300 staff servicing 16 countries worldwide and annual turnover in excess of £180m.
Founded in 1983, Allegis is the largest privately held staffing firm in the United States and the 4th largest globally. Headquartered in Hanover, Maryland (US), the Company provides technical, professional, industrial, managerial, financial, accounting and information technology staffing services, along with human capital consulting, workforce management and sales and marketing outsourcing.
