RoundTable Healthcare Partners (“RoundTable”), an operating-oriented private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry, recently completed the sale of one of its portfolio companies, Clinical Innovations, LLC (“Clinical Innovations” or the “Company”), to The Pritzker Group, a private investment firm representing Pritzker family interests. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
