Apex is a leading national water resources and environmental services firm dedicated to providing private and public sector clients with full-service, single-source solutions for routine and complex projects. Apex was founded in 1988 and currently employs approximately 300 professionals including hydro-geologists, geologists, environmental scientists and engineers. Apex professionals are deployed across a network of 24 offices throughout the United States.

Blue Point, with offices in Charlotte, Cleveland, Seattle and Shanghai, is one of the largest and most active resident middle market private equity firms in each of its target markets and focuses principally on investments in manufacturing, distribution and service businesses that primarily address commercial and industrial markets. Blue Point seeks to invest $10 million to $50 million of equity capital in middle market companies generating revenue of $25 million to $250 million and earnings before interest and taxes greater than $5 million.

Tailwind Capital Partners is a private equity firm specializing in investments in middle market companies. The firm typically invests in companies operating in the healthcare, media, communications, and business services sectors. It seeks to invest between $25 million and $100 million of equity in companies with total enterprise value between $50 million and $250 million.
