Callibrity Is Acquired by CGI
Callibrity has been acquired by CGI (TSK:GIB.A) (NYSE: GIB), one of the world’s largest independent technology and professional services firms. This acquisition will strengthen CGI’s presence in Cincinnati and expand the company’s capabilities in production-ready enterprise AI, platform engineering and digital product development. Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Callibrity on this transaction.
Founded in 2007, Callibrity is an end-to-end technology consulting firm that brings together developers, strategists and engineers to help clients solve complex technology challenges. The firm works across commercial industries, with deep experience in financial services, insurance and manufacturing.
