Crystal Flick Joins Baird as Head of Equity Private Capital Advisory
MILWAUKEE, May 12, 2026 – Baird Global Investment Banking announced today that Crystal Flick has joined the firm’s Global Capital Solutions Group as Managing Director and Head of Equity Private Capital Advisory. Based in Milwaukee, Flick will lead the continued expansion of Baird’s Capital Solutions capabilities, advising clients on growth equity, minority investments and structured equity solutions to support strategic expansion, liquidity and long‑term value creation.
Flick spent much of her investment banking career at William Blair where she played a key role in launching and growing the Private Capital Markets team. Prior to helping establish Blair’s practice, Flick was a member of the firm’s Technology Investment Banking Group, working primarily on M&A transactions in the FinTech and Payments sectors. Throughout her nearly ten years at Blair, she served as the senior deal lead on equity capital and M&A transactions totaling over $11 billion. She earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
