Stephanie Warren Promoted to Co-Head of Fixed Income Capital Markets
MILWAUKEE, January 13, 2026 – Baird, an employee-owned international financial services firm, today announced that Stephanie Warren has been named Co-Head of Fixed Income Capital Markets, joining Pat Lawton, Head of Fixed Income Capital Markets, in managing the business. With this promotion, she will also join Baird’s Executive Committee. Warren has been at Baird for 22 years and had been serving as Chief Operating Officer of Fixed Income Capital Markets since 2014.
Warren has played an instrumental role in nearly every major strategic initiative Fixed Income Capital Markets has undertaken, including talent recruitment, product expansion, risk-focused decision-making, and setting strategic direction for capital usage in many environments including during periods of significant market dislocation. She has also been central to recruiting and onboarding many public finance teams as part of a disciplined, growth-oriented approach that has strengthened both the team and the platform.

Biography - Stephanie Warren
Warren joined Baird in 2003 and spent her first eight years in the Corporate Finance department prior to joining Fixed Income Capital Markets in 2012. Currently, she serves as a member of several internal Baird management oversight committees including but not limited to Baird’s Executive Committee, Audit Committee, and London Board of Directors. Additionally, she is a member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee, a member of TEMPO Milwaukee and President of the All Saints Catholic School Board. Warren completed the Chicago Booth Executive Leadership Development Program and the Wharton School SIFMA Securities Institute Executive Education Program and received both a Master of Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
