Hannah Draper Joins Baird Public Finance, Expanding Midwest Presence
ST. LOUIS – January 6, 2026 – Baird today announced that Hannah Draper has joined the firm’s Public Finance group as Vice President. In this role, Draper will focus on serving school districts, municipalities, fire districts, and other local government issuers throughout Kansas and Missouri, representing a meaningful expansion of Baird’s efforts in the region.
Draper brings nearly 10 years of public finance experience, during which she has helped public-sector issuers address capital planning needs, optimize debt structures, support local economic growth initiatives, and strengthen long-term financial strategies. She joins Baird from L.J. Hart & Co. and previously held several roles at Piper Sandler. Draper adds strong quantitative expertise and a well-rounded understanding of the needs of local government issuers. She earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Iowa State University.

Her experience working directly with local government issuers in Missouri and Kansas, combined with her commitment to building strong client relationships, enhances our ability to support communities throughout the Midwest.
