PureAir Filtration Is Acquired by Cleanwater1
PureAir Filtration (the “Company”) has been acquired by Cleanwater1 (“Cw1”), a portfolio company of Baird Capital. Baird Business Owner Solutions served as exclusive financial advisor to PureAir Filtration on this transaction.
Based in Norcross, Georgia, PureAir Filtration excels in eliminating corrosive gases, toxic vapors, and unpleasant odors from airstreams, offering a comprehensive range of manufactured equipment and chemisorbant media and aftermarket services. The brand’s proven applications include controlling corrosion for sensitive electronics at industrial sites, protecting staff and the surrounding community from toxic gas leaks, improving air quality by removing nuisance odors and pollutants, and removing odorous gases produced in wastewater and biogas processes.
Cleanwater1, a leading U.S.-based solutions provider to water and wastewater utilities, is well positioned to build on the large service business that PureAir has already established. Kevin Jameson, founder of PureAir Filtration more than 20 years ago, will transition out of the day-to-day operations and Ashley Jameson, who currently leads the business as president, will remain in her position to continue its growth and success.
