Katie Schoen, Baird Capital’s Global Head of Investor Relations and Operations, was featured in an article in The Drawdown on the operational requirements of fulfilling the needs of both institutional and individual investors.

“From an operating perspective, there will be pressure on the system, because the firm is adding a higher volume of investors,” says Schoen. “We have found it works best to have two operating workflows for onboarding investors that are designed to meet the varying needs between institutional and retail investors.”
