Baird Adds Jennifer Engel to Wisconsin Public Finance Group
MILWAUKEE – August 25, 2025 – Baird today announced that Jennifer Engel has joined the firm’s Public Finance group as Vice President, Public Finance Specialist. In this role, Engel will serve in a consultative manner, providing customized services and cost-effective tools to meet the unique needs of Wisconsin municipalities, counties and special districts. She will actively work with clients to provide Tax Increment District (TID) consulting; financial management assessment and capital improvement planning modeling; as well as training, mentoring and stand-in services.
Engel brings more than 20 years of public finance experience through her service with the Rural Development agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. During her tenure, she played a key role in delivering impactful infrastructure and community financing solutions for non-urban areas across Wisconsin and the country.
