Baird Adds Two Veteran Teams and Opens Wealth Management Office in Danvers
Danvers, Mass., & Scottsdale, Ariz. (Jan. 15, 2025) – Today, Baird, an employee-owned, international wealth management, asset management, investment banking/capital markets and private equity firm, announced that it has added The OARS Group to a new wealth management office opening in Danvers, Mass., located at 222 Rosewood Drive and The Hittle Morris Group to its Scottsdale, Ariz., wealth management office.
The OARS Group comes to Baird from Janney Montgomery Scott, where they managed $211 million in assets. Robert F. Clark and E. Alan Freeman are both joining as Senior Vice Presidents and Financial Advisors. Brian E. Glavin will serve as a Financial Advisor. They will be supported by Senior Client Specialists Heidi A. Riley and Lisa M. Morgan.
The Hittle Morris Group comes to Baird from Wells Fargo where they managed over $240 million in assets. Julie Hittle is joining as a Director and Financial Advisor and Jennifer Morris is joining as a Director and Financial Advisor.
Robert F. Clark brings over 30 years of industry experience to Baird, and holds Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®), Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified Investments Management Analyst (CIMA®) designations. He graduated from Harding University and Villanova University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and from the Thunderbird School of Global Management with an MBA in international business.
Alan Freeman brings close to five decades of industry experience to Baird. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in political science and from Boston University with a master’s degree in urban affairs. He is an active member of the Old North Church in Marblehead, a Prudential board member and on the Board of Governors of the Beach Club in Swampscott.
Brian E. Glavin has over 20 years of industry experience, and holds Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) designations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from Merrimack College, where he also played varsity men’s lacrosse. He serves his community as the Vice President of the Andover Youth Lacrosse league and as the Chairman of the girl’s select lacrosse committee for Massachusetts Youth Lacrosse.
Julie Hittle began her career in 2012 and holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in elementary education from Northern Arizona University. She is an active member of the Sun Valley Community Church, volunteering on their Kids and Hospitality teams.
Jennifer Morris has been in the industry since 2008 and attended Western Oregon University and Chemeketa Community College. In her free time, she volunteers at the New Song Center for Grieving Children as a group facilitator for Middles (children ages 7 -10) and New Family Orientation.
The Danvers office is Baird’s first wealth management office in Massachusetts and will help grow the firm’s presence in the state.
