Recreonics Acquired by Heritage Pool Supply
Recreonics, Inc. (“Recreonics” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Heritage Pool Supply, part of SRS Distribution, which is backed by private equity firm Leonard Green & Partners. Baird Business Owner Solutions (“BOS”) served as exclusive financial advisor to the Company.
Headquartered in Louisville, KY, Recreonics is a leading national distributor of equipment and supplies with a focus on institutional and commercial swimming pool facilities. Recreonics was founded in 1965 by Frank Jones, Jr. and is run today by Michael Garland. Michael will continue to lead the Company’s dedicated team, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees. Michael will also be promoted to Vice President, Commercial for Heritage as the company builds out the industry’s leading omni-channel commercial platform under the Recreonics brand banner.
