CHICAGO – July 8, 2021 – Baird, an employee-owned, international financial services firm, announced today that Brady Stern has joined its Global Investment Banking business as a Director on the Real Estate team to cover healthcare real estate. Stern has deep experience executing M&A and capital markets transactions for real estate owners, operators, and developers in the healthcare services sector, with a specific focus on seniors housing & care, post-acute healthcare, and medical office real estate. Stern will be working closely with members of Baird's Real Estate and Healthcare teams.

Stern joins Baird from Hammond Hanlon Camp, LLC ("H2C"), where he was a service line leader in the firm's Healthcare Real Estate Investment Banking group and a member of its commitment committee. Before H2C, Stern was an Associate at Lancaster Pollard & Co., focusing on senior housing & care, affordable housing, and hospital sectors. He also worked in the Strategy & Operations service line of Deloitte Consulting LLP. Stern graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Master's degree in Management and from Denison University with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Spanish. He holds Series 79, 63, 52, and 50 securities licenses.
