Baird Capital Adds Rebecca Schlagenhauf as Vice President

CHICAGO – June 7, 2021 – Today, Baird Capital, the global private equity and venture capital arm of Baird, announced that Rebecca (Becca) Schlagenhauf has joined its Global Private Equity team as Vice President. She will focus on investments within the Industrial Technology & Solutions sector

Schlagenhauf joins Baird Capital from Northwestern Mutual Capital (NMC). Prior to NMC, she spent six years at Baird on its world-renowned equity research team. In 2019, Schlagenhauf was named an “Up-and-Coming Woman in PE to Know” by McGuireWoods. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. Schlagenauf has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
