Asset Class
Asset Class identifies your securities based on investment categories.

Quantity
The Quantity represents the number of shares or units of a specific security owned.

Security Name
The Security Name column identifies each of your investments by name.

Symbol/CUSIP
A Symbol/CUSIP is a sequence of letters and/or numbers representing and identifying a specific security. These numbers are used when stocks are bought or sold. By clicking on the symbol, you can obtain market price information.

Date Acquired
The Date Acquired is the date the security was purchased or received into your account. If “Multiple” is listed, there have been multiple purchases made in that security. By clicking on the + sign next to the quantity of a security you acquired through “multiple” purchases, you will be directed to a new window that displays detail of each purchase.

Average Unit Cost
The Average Unit Cost is the average cost per unit, including commission, for the security position. If any cost amounts are missing, average cost will not be calculated for that holding. Clicking the + sign next to the quantity allows you to view the average unit cost for each security that was acquired through “multiple” purchases.

Price
The prices for securities traded on an exchange or NASDAQ are reported on a 20-minute delay. The price for mutual funds will be the Net Asset Value as of market close of the previous day.

For securities traded less frequently, we rely on third-party pricing services or a computerized pricing model, which does not always reflect actual market values. Similarly, some annuity market values provided by outside sponsors are estimates. Please contact your Baird Financial Advisor for additional information on current pricing of a specific security.

Daily Price Change
The Daily Price Change represents the change in unit price from the previous close of business.

Cost
Cost is the total cost, including commissions, of each purchase transaction.

Value
Value is the most recent market price available times the number of shares you currently own.

Unrealized Gain/Loss
The unrealized gain or loss is the difference between the current market value and cost of the security positions held in your account as of market close of the previous business day. If any value or cost amounts are missing, the unrealized gain or loss will not equal the total value minus the total cost
