McKenna Sporer, Assistant Vice President, Quantitative Analyst

McKenna Sporer is a Quantitative Analyst and Assistant Vice President in Baird’s Public Finance group and a member of the firm’s National Quantitative Resource Group (QRG). In this role, she supports municipal clients and banking teams nationwide by developing quantitative analyses, financial models and customized solutions to meet complex financing needs.

McKenna joined Baird in 2021 as a Trading Operations Intern and has held progressive roles within the firm, including Trading Operations Specialist and Assistant Municipal Underwriter. Through these positions, she has built a strong foundation in municipal markets, underwriting and transaction execution, which she now leverages in her quantitative work.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with honors from Marquette University, where she graduated with a 3.98 GPA and was active in the University Honors Program and student government initiatives.
