Katie Morrow, Assistant Vice President, Public Finance Coordinator

Katie joined Baird in 2015 as a Public Finance Coordinator, where she supports both Minnesota and California K-12 school districts through every stage of the financing process. She manages the preparation of offering documents, coordinates due diligence, and facilitates communication among issuers, legal counsel, and financing teams to ensure efficient, timely closings. Katie also oversees the preparation of continuing disclosure documents, helping districts maintain long-term compliance and transparency.

Since joining Baird, Katie has played a key role in more than 350 financings, contributing to over $3 billion in successful transactions for school district clients. Her depth of experience and attention to detail have made her an integral part of Baird’s Public Finance team.

Katie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Catherine University.
