Connor Sullivan, Vice President

Connor Sullivan joined Baird in November 2017 and has been involved in various financings at the state and local level, assisting in the coordination and structuring of transactions as an underwriter, placement agent, and municipal advisor. This includes the Michigan charter school state aid note pool program financing through the Michigan Finance Authority, charter school facilities financings across the nation, lease appropriation financings, tax increment financings, and tax exempt renewable natural gas financings. Connor also provided quantitative and banking support to financings for the State of Michigan’s General Obligation, State Building Authority, School Loan Revolving Fund, and Michigan Strategic Fund programs. Connor received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance from the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business and a Minor in Economics from the University of Oregon.
