Landon Boehm, Managing Director

Landon is a Managing Director at Baird with 15 years of municipal finance experience. His primary experience covers essential purpose and economic development financing for local government and special purpose issuers, altogether totaling more than $4.3 Billion.  Specific transaction expertise includes tax-backed bonds, revenue bonds, utility bonds, tax-increment bonds, lease-backed financing, appropriation bonds and temporary funding. His private-activity bond experience includes successful financing for development projects, manufacturing facilities and affordable housing.  Landon is well-versed in state-specific transactions across the Midwest. Landon earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana.
