Will has extensive experience leading and executing mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions within the Healthcare IT vertical, having completed over 40 M&A transactions in the sector. Prior to joining Baird in 2016, Will was an analyst at a boutique investment bank focused on healthcare M&A.

He received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Virginia.
