Professional Experience & Education

Thomas joined Baird in 2025 from Morgan Stanley where he served as an Executive Director in the Private Capital Advisory Group, leading origination and execution of continuation fund transactions across private equity and infrastructure. Prior to his capital advisory role, Thomas was a senior member of Morgan Stanley’s M&A team. He began his investment banking career at Citigroup and held corporate finance roles at Mastercard.

Thomas holds a bachelor’s degree from Oxford Brookes University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
