Thomas Fetzer is Co-Head of European Investment Banking and a member of Baird Global Investment Banking’s Management Committee. Thomas is also a Managing Director in Baird’s Global Industrial Investment Banking Group. Based in Frankfurt, Thomas leads Baird’s Distribution, Testing, Inspection, Certification & Compliance ("TICC"), Test, Measurement & Automation and Vehicle Technology & Mobility practices in Europe. Professional Experience & Education

Prior to joining Baird in 2015, Thomas was European Head of Industrials at Jefferies and a Managing Director in the Global Industrial Group at UBS. Previously, Thomas was a Principal at Greenhill & Co, helping to establish their M&A advisory business in Germany. He started his career at Merrill Lynch in London. Over the last 30 years he has advised international corporations, private owners and private equity clients on M&A and financing transactions valued at more than $50 billion across various sectors and geographies.

Thomas graduated from ESB Reutlingen and Middlesex University with a double bachelor’s degree in business administration and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Thomas is a patron of the Frankfurt Opera and the Kronberg Academy.
