Professional Experience & Education

Simon has built a reputation over 25 years across Europe as a leading technology banker. Since joining Baird in 2019, he has helped establish Baird as a leading advisor for Software transactions in Europe, across bilateral, narrow and broader processes, utilising a strong understanding of underlying technology and market positioning.

Prior to Baird, he co-led EY’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications M&A advisory practice, after helping establish PricewaterhouseCoopers M&A practice in central Europe.

Simon holds a degree in economics from the University of Exeter and is a Chartered Accountant.
