Professional Experience & Education

Sara provides support on mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and other financial services, advising a diverse range of industrial clients including sponsor-backed, family-owned and public companies. Prior to joining Baird in 2017, Sara was a Vice President in the M&A Group at Deloitte, specializing in buy and sell-side diligence, deal structuring and negotiation considerations.

Sara received an MBA in Accounting and BA degrees in Finance and Accounting from Baldwin Wallace University.
