Ro joined Baird in 2023 from William Blair where he was a Partner and a Managing Director and Co-Head of MedTech Investment Banking. Prior to William Blair, he was a Vice President in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group of Morgan Stanley.

Ro received a bachelor’s degree in cognitive sciences (Phi Beta Kappa) from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
