Professional Experience & Education

Joining Baird in 2007, Rhett has more than 15 years of experience advising corporate and private equity clients across a broad range of transactions, including sell- and buy-side M&A, private capital raises and public equity offerings totaling more than $25 billion in transaction value.

Rhett received an MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was a Baird Scholar and a McGowan Fellow. He also received a bachelor’s degree in finance, investments and banking and economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
