Professional Experience & Education

Prior to joining Baird in 2021, he was a Director at BlackArch Partners and a Vice President in Wells Fargo Securities’ Global Mergers & Acquisitions Department. He began his career in strategy and M&A planning at a specialist management consultancy now part of Oliver Wyman.

Nick has an MBA with high distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, where he led the Wolverine Venture Fund that engaged in early-stage life sciences and technology investing and received both the Gelband and Shelby Awards. He has a bachelor’s degree in foreign service (BSFS) from the Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service.
