Professional Experience & Education

Prior to joining Baird in 2012, Nick supported corporate development initiatives including deal execution, business unit strategic evaluation and support and other activities at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. In his current role at Baird, Nick provides deal execution leadership on M&A as well as private and public capital markets transactions.

Nick received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Macalester College.

Nick is a Certified Financial Aanlyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of the Burley Elementary Local School Council.
