Max Molinsky is a Director in the Debt Advisory Group. Max has over 10 years of experience advising corporates, financial sponsors and lenders on a wide range of financing transactions, spanning asset‑based loans, term loans, subordinated debt and mezzanine capital. Max also has extensive experience executing liability management transactions, including amendments and recapitalizations. Max is based in Baird’s New York office.

Professional Experience & Education

Prior to joining Baird, Max worked for Guggenheim Securities in New York as a Vice President in their Capital Structure Advisory Group. Max received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.
