Professional Experience & Education

With over a decade of international investment banking and private equity experience, Max has advised clients on a range of cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings and strategic advisory. Since joining Baird, Max has supported clients in the US, UK, Europe and APAC. He joined Baird from Pomona Capital, a private equity secondaries firm, where he worked in both New York and Hong Kong.

Max received a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Franklin & Marshall College.
