Professional Experience & Education

Marco has advised financial sponsors, corporates, family-owned businesses and founders on M&A and equity financings for over 20 years, completing close to 100 sell-side, buy-side and capital-raise transactions. Prior to joining Baird in 2020, he worked in investment banking at Lazard and Macquarie Capital.

Marco holds a diploma in business administration from the University of Bayreuth (Germany).
