Macie House is a Managing Director in Baird's Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Group and leads the firm’s efforts to advise Technology & Services clients on all aspects of the capital raising process. Professional Experience & Education

Prior to joining Baird in 2017, Macie was most recently a Principal and Director in the Equity Capital Markets division of Pacific Crest Securities’ investment banking business. Macie was directly responsible for originating and executing public and private offerings within the Software (SaaS), Security, Internet and IoT, Industrial Technology, Consumer and Communication sectors. During her 20+ years with Pacific Crest, she participated in underwriting over 100 public offerings, raising over $60 billion in proceeds. Macie has 30 years of investment banking and corporate development experience.

She received bachelor’s degree with honors in business administration and communication studies from Marylhurst University.

Outside the Office

Macie has served as a guest lecturer at the Haas School of Business at the University of California—Berkeley. She is an active supporter of the Children’s Cancer Association and the Park City Performing Arts Foundation.
