Macie House is a Managing Director in Baird's Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Group and leads the firm’s efforts to advise Technology & Services clients on all aspects of the capital raising process. Professional Experience & Education

Prior to joining Baird in 2017, Macie was a Principal and Director in the Equity Capital Markets division of Pacific Crest Securities’ investment banking business. During her 20+ years with Pacific Crest, she was directly responsible for originating and executing public and private offerings within the Software (SaaS), Security, Internet and IoT, Industrial Technology, Consumer and Communication sectors. Throughout her career, Macie has participated in underwriting over 150 public offerings, raising over $80 billion in proceeds. With 30 years of investment banking and corporate development experience, she brings unparalleled expertise to her role at Baird.

She received bachelor’s degree with honors in business administration and communication studies from Marylhurst University.

Outside the Office

Macie has served as a guest lecturer at the Haas School of Business at the University of California—Berkeley. She is also an active supporter of the Children’s Cancer Association and the Park City Performing Arts Foundation.
