Professional Experience & Education

Jonathan has more than 15 years of experience in the Defense & Government sector, including roles as an investment banker and corporate executive. Prior to joining Baird in 2021, Jonathan served as Chief Financial Officer of a private equity-backed provider of collection & analysis solutions to the national security community. Before his time in industry, he served as a defense industry investment banker for 10 years, including six with Houlihan Lokey as a member of its Aerospace, Defense & Government (ADG) team.

Jonathan received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
