John rejoined Baird in 2019, and provides advisory on mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and other capital raising services. Prior to rejoining Baird, John worked as an investor at Luminate Capital, where he focused on business development and evaluating and executing private equity investments in the enterprise software sector.

John received his bachelor’s degree in finance, with honors, from the University of Notre Dame.
