Professional Experience & Education

Jeremy joined Baird in 2023 following 12 years at Credit Suisse where he was a Managing Director and Head of Capital Solutions, the firm’s global private capital advisory business focusing on continuation funds, tender offers, portfolio strip sales, direct co-investment placements and other GP-initiated transaction structures. Before Credit Suisse, he worked at Lehman Brothers with roles in the firm’s Investment Banking, Investment Management and Principal Investing divisions, as well as in the private equity unit of the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy estate.

Jeremy received his MBA from New York University with a concentration in corporate finance and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
