Professional Experience & Education

Prior to joining Baird in 2015, Jen worked as a Private Equity Analyst at Generation Growth Capital. Since joining Baird, she has advised a wide range of sponsor-owned, family-owned and publicly traded companies. Jen provides execution support on M&A, corporate financings and other financial advisory services.

Jen received a bachelor’s degree in history geography from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where she graduated with distinction, and an MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a concentration in finance and investment banking.

Outside the Office

Jen is Co-Head of Baird’s MBA Recruiting Committee.
