James joined Baird in 2024 from DC Advisory where he was a Managing Director and co-led the Business & Tech-Enabled Services M&A team. Prior to DC Advisory, James was an Associate Director in UBS’ EMEA Healthcare team. James received a bachelor's degree in French and Italian from the University of Bath.
